Great location, well-connected to local transportation, and live music performance during New Year's celebration. The room was comfortable and clean with beautiful bird portraits hanging in hallways and rooms. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality.
The hotel lacked attention to some crucial details. The water bottle provided was of less quantity, and a mini-fridge in the room was missing. Additionally, the cost of food was high, sometimes exceeding standard prices by 20%. The housekeeping staff had poor communication and forgot to replenish towels daily, and the Wi-fi was unreliable due to power cuts.
